Dada's Birthday

Flag Day was such a busy and fun day, that I am really late posting about it.

James's birthday started with Wes and Andrew kidnapping James for the morning and taking him to a fun park. Besides Wes freaking out about the rides, the other hilarious event is that the birthday boy and his buddies got partnered with a group of eight year old girls to play laser tag.

When the guys got back to the house, there were more people waiting on James to begin the BBQ. There were burgers, beers, jello shots and Texas horse shoes in the back yard.

Wait Dad, you didn't turn one today! I'm one!

Then we all headed down to the Georgetown festival. Where there was power tool races (couldn't get close enough to get a good pic), food trucks and amazing people watching. I mean, what is this girl wearing and look at the mullet in front of her.

To end the day for Z and I, we took a picture with the birthday boy before he continued his night of fun with his friends.

Father's Day

Remember last years daddy-daughter sleeping picture? Well, almost one year later and Z still loves to cuddle and sleep on her daddy.

I am sure James hopes that never changes because the love he has for his little girl is unbelievable. That is what makes him such a wonderful Dad. Happy Father's Day James!

And Happy Father's Day to my Dad! Z has no idea how much her Grandpa adores her.

Moving On Up

Look who has figured out how to climb the stairs. Giggling all the way up because she thinks I am chasing her instead of making sure she doesn't fall.
